During the times when we have property to offer it sells very quickly, so if you see something you like we recommend you arrange for a purchase immediately. All sales are conducted on a first come first serve basis.
The website is designed to conduct principal to principal transactions, therefore, pricing listed is a net price to be paid to solditwholesale.com. We routinely deal with the real estate brokerage community and encourage clients to get opinions of value from real estate professionals in the event that they do not have the ability to conduct their own due diligence. However, if you are a real estate broker placing an offer on our inventory, you will need to add your commission on top of the sales pricing.

The business philosophy is anchored in the thinking that a successful day trader model is more focused on a good result at the end of each venture, instead of a high volume of transactions.
